Originally he worked in a corporate environment managing Learning and Development globally. His job was to support people in their development as leaders and as individuals, creating programs that would make them shine as employees and make them grow and develop.

After being forced to stay at work for a meeting, resulting in Julien missing an important event in his daughter’s life, and a feeling of being stuck in his work, Julien decided to make the shift to entrepreneurship. Now he is a Success Coach, a Trainer and Mentor of coaches and works with a range of truly amazing individuals from coaches to creative entrepreneurs.

Most recently he has been diving into the correlation between Resilience (specifically in his work as a coach) and Diversity & Inclusion. Even though diversity was always around (he was raised in a french-senegalese family, one of his aunts is from the LGBTQ+ community, he has members of his family who suffered from mental health issues, and now he is married to someone from a different nationality), he still asks himself many questions on the impact he can have, but also whether he is moving in the right direction when it comes to becoming a more inclusive individual.
