Associate Professor/DEI Researcher
Currently, I’m an Associate Professor in a business school specializing in Diversity and Inclusion. My research and experience is focused on enhancing an organizations' diversity and inclusion programs. I’m especially interested in breaking concrete and glass ceilings so women and people of color can flourish in leadership positions.
